In our last neighborhood survey, Oak Meadow Homeowners expressed an interest in having a dog park located near our neighborhood. The City of Fitchburg is currently asking residents for input on two future parks projects. Here's your chance to provide input on future Fitchburg resources.

Nine Springs Golf Course

The city will be identifying options for the future use of the Nine Springs Golf Course property (33 acres), including potential use as a park/open space.  The Fitchburg Planning and Parks Departments are seeking your input for the development of this master plan.  Please take a few minutes to complete the following online survey.  All interested parties are encouraged to attend a public meeting on August 22 at 6:30 p.m. (Fairways Building, 2301 Traceway Drive).

Huegel-Jamestown Park

The City of Fitchburg and City of Madison are also seeking public input for an update of the Huegel-Jamestown Park Master Plan to identify options for future use.  This park master plan update has an implementation budget of $150,000.  After survey results have been analyzed, a public meeting will be scheduled.
