Each lot owner is responsible for paying an annual homeowners association fee. Payments become due each year on January 1 and considered past due after March 31. Interest is charged for late payment.
Beginning January 1st 2023, the fee set forth by the board of directors is $60.00 per year per lot owned. The collected dues allow the association to pay for the maintenance of our common areas, social events, administrative/operational fees, and legal fees. Being a current member entitles you to participate in association meetings and grants you voting privileges.

After checking your status, Select the appropriate years to pay and click Pay Now to pay your dues by credit card. Alternatively, you can mail a check to the address below. Please include your Oak Meadow address so we can be sure to credit your payment correctly.
